Simon and his team have worked wonders on providing my home with luxurious quality bathrooms. I definitely made the best choice selecting Hybrid Electrical & Plumbing from mybuilder to complete the work required including Main Bathroom remove existing washbasin and cabinet and toilet. Fitting new spa bath with shower and screen, and repositioning the new ones within the space. Tiling above bath and shower area and part of the floor. In addition renovation of my original En-suite in the master bedroom that involved rebuilding a partition stud wall. Remove shower. Remove floor and tiles. Simon, right from the very start provided his knowledge and advice with supporting guidance ongoing through the project and pays particular attention to detail providing regular daily project updates as well as what will be done on the day before starting the works. Already my family and friends have commented on the amazing work done and have taken his details from me based on what they have seen. Simon and his staff are easy to get along with, trustworthy, honest, dependable and have a very friendly manner, they are respectful at all times. I hired Hybrid Electrical & Plumbing to refit a large ensuite. Simon was very professional from the start, quote provided and stuck to. Every part of the new bathroom was covered, i wasn't required to provide anything. Both Simon and Ross took meticulous care to contain any mess during the build. Any and all decisions required were clearly explained. The end result, I now have a luxurious bathroom far exceeding my expectations.

Simon and his friendly team did a huge renovation project in our house - put in a new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms. The building and flooring turned out to be in worse condition than expected, so this involved new floorboards/joists and replastering and the prep work added 2-3 weeks onto the timeline which was fine with us, as we were prepared to uncover issues. Simon's communication was on the whole good, he is a very friendly guy and he put in a lot of time and effort to meet the specifications we had, which were at times probably quite a pain in the bum! My only criticism for the massive project was on occasion, some of the particulars were wrong e.g. wrong coloured radiator or shower tray had been ordered, but Simon was easy to contact and quickly remedied this. There was 1 near miss where the tiler almost grouted the bathroom and kitchen in the wrong coloured grout, and I think this was a communication error, but ultimately it ended up not a problem. And these minor things would not put me off working with Simon's team in the future, as the finished article was of high quality and any small snags were quickly addressed.
